"All the flowers, would have very extra special powers"

So yesterday I went on a little adventure to the Powerscourt Gardens and to Glendalough. I'd never been to the gardens and they are so pretty. I've always loved flowers from a young age so I was in heaven. Feeling like Alice in wonderland floating through all these pretty gardens.

Here's what I wore I wanted to be a bit dressy so that I could take some pictures but had to be smart with my footwear choice as I knew I would be walking for quite a bit.

Outfit Details:
Leather Jacket- Penneys/Primark €25
Top- Topshop €16
Culottes- Penneys/Primark €24
Adidas holographic superstars- I think aroubd €66 not 100% though.
Backpack- Penneys/Primark €10.

So as you are probably starting to see I am in love with culottes the past while. They are perfect for any occasion and can be styled from day to night so easily. Perfect for the fashionable explorer like myself. The one thing can turn me off going on a hike can be the whole idea of wearing practical clothing as they call it. I believe once you wear practical footwear you can still pull off a nice look and culottes are perfect for this as they're not restricting at all and you get a nice breeze you them lol.

I went with my holographic Adidas for this look because they are comfortable enough for long walks but still nice enough to go with this outfit.

I am loving the whole lace up tops thing that is in at the minute. I fell in love with this little vest one from Topshop which also comes in black to and for €16 its a must have staple really. I'm hoping they get more sizes in in the black so i can get that to.

The beautiful little waterfall in The Japanese gardens was one of my favourite things. The Japanese gardens where definitely my favourite ones kind of knew they would be because of my love for Asia. Such a nice place to go spend the day walking around looking at all the lovely flowers.

Glendalough is another lovely place to visit if you haven't already. It's got two lakes and some really cool old buildings and cemeteries.

Here's me in front of one of the lakes having a blogger fail with the wind blowing my hair all over the place lol. had such a great day though and recommend you to go to both places.

So let me know what you think of these kind of ootd posts. Also comment on anything you would like to see me blog on or style below. If you haven't already check out my new header I done it today quite proud of how it turned out what do you think?

Hippy love child

Hello lovelies,  here again with another outfit post. I bought this dress Friday and am absolutely in love with it. Again it's in the whole boho hippy vibe. Is anyone else loving this trend as much as I am?

Typical that the sun started running away as we start taking the pictures. But sure it is Ireland after all.

The ever so over worm boot. I'm not even sorry I will never stop loving them. They go with everything.

Outfit Details:
Dress - Forever 21
Backpack - Penneys / Primark
Hat - Forever 21
Boots - Asos Marketplace
Rings - Topshop & Gifted.

This dress comes in black also and is less than €20 I think I will definitely be going back in to get it. Forever 21 is really on top of there game this summer which is lethal for me as I pass through it everyday on my lunch from work. Before I know it I'm at the till buying stuff and wondering how it happened.

Hope your all  having a lovely weekend, as always comment below with any questions or suggestions. Also check out my instagram for daily updates and stuff it's @sophiacahill

Bell bottom boho bish

So I've been planning on doing a boho teamed ootd post for over a month now but just didn't feel any of my outfits where right for it.

I love the whole boho/ 70s style that's out now I think it's because I'm a hippy at heart. I found that out in my month of travelling Thailand.

Outfit Details:
Suede jacket- Loving Youth €28
Bell sleeve top- H&M €29.99
Flares- Forever 21 (can't remember the price)
Backpack- Thailand about €5
Boots - Motive but also available from la moda €30
Earrings- Gifted.

Unfortunately this is the last picture or outfit I will ever get to do featuring these boots as the sole came off just as I finished taking pictures. Devastated to say the least.

Make up:
Foundation- Topshop BB cream in number 3.0
Eyes- M.A.C amber lights / urban decay darkhorse, M.A.C false lash effect mascara
Blusher- Sleek in rose gold
Highlighting- Sleek precious metals palette
Brows- Sleek brow kit in dark
Concealer- Catrice in medium 3/ essence coverstick in 01 matt sand
Lips- Urban decay naked lip liner/ M.A.C velvet teddy.

I have to say I felt like a member of the beegees walking around town yesterday in these bell bottoms but I loved it, can't say everyone else did. There really are some narrow minded folks out there when it comes to being a bit out there with your fashion. I had people laugh and sing 1970s at me as I walked around but sure hey if their life is that boring they have to make a joke of other people's outfits I feel sorry for them. Never let someone else's opinion on an outfit change your mind. I'm a strong believer in if you love it then wear it, and my main motto is if you don't like it don't look.

Hope your all having a nice weekend. As usual if there is anything you would like to see me blog about or a certain style just leave it in a comment below or on Instagram. My instagram is @sophiacahill.

Pretty lakes and trees ootd

So yesterday I went for a stroll in phoenix park and decided to do a little outfit post. This is one of my go to looks it's comfy yet nice so really it's a winner for me because I'm all about that nice comfort.

I was hoping for a nice bit of sun over the weekend to do some summer looks but oh well I live in Ireland and I think we already had our week of summer lol.

This shirt is one of my absolute favourite items of clothing the past week. I'd been dying to wear it and blog it.
The hair in face pose here cos it was so windy. It's suppose to be summer. No? I was freezing when I took my jacket off to take the pictures. I really wish sunshine would turn up I'm missing the sun like cray.
I was a little hyper having these pictures taking so some of them are me taking the mick. Looking off in to the distance in the one above 'cause I'm so mystical you know.

Found this tree that I taught looked so cool. So of course I ran over to get some pictures with it. Who doesn't love a good tree background lol.
My staple boot I swear I don't think I will ever get sick of wearing these boots they just go with everything so well.

Outfit details :

Shirt- Nine Crows
Leather jacket - Penneys / Primark
Bicycle shorts- Urban Outfitters
Fishnets- Penneys / Primark
